Head of Credit Risk & Underwriting (Fintech/Healthcare)
Endeavor Flow
Endeavor Flow is seeking a senior credit risk leader to own and scale our underwriting capabilities as we expand across healthcare financing. You will architect models, data pipelines, and lender feedback loops to improve decisioning at the point of care with a drive toward higher approvals and better MDR economics. You will partner with leadership to embed credit intelligence in the platform, shape risk policies, and onboard new lender partnerships, especially for near-prime segments where #J-18808-Ljbffr Endeavor Flow
