About the Position

Primary Care Physician

Location: California

Schedule: Ongoing per diem day shifts

Openings: 1

Position Overview

• Provide primary care and urgent episodic care in an outpatient clinic setting.
• Patient ages referenced as 2 and older.
• Focus includes wellness, prevention, chronic disease management, and acute episodic care.
• Occupational health and basic procedures may be required, including workers compensation care, pre employment physicals, drug and alcohol testing, suturing, splinting, and occupational testing as referenced.
• Charting system: Athena experience preferred but not required.

Required Qualifications

• MD or DO as accepted by the site.
• Active license in California.
• DEA required.
• Women’s health experience required as referenced.
• Minimum of two years of experience required.
• Candidates must have at least two years of clinical experience within the past five years to qualify.

Credentialing and Onboarding

• Credentialing timeline varies by site.
• Paid shadow training may be required prior to first shift.
