The Role

This isnt just reactive maintenance.

Youll be responsible for keeping our equipment running safely and efficiently, troubleshooting issues, and helping prevent downtime before it happens.

What Youll Do

• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on production equipment

• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems

• Diagnose issues and make timely repairs to minimize downtime

• Perform routine inspections and document maintenance activity

• Support equipment installations, upgrades, and continuous improvement efforts
• Work safely in a clean, organized manufacturing environment

Work Schedule & Expectations

We're hiring to support two separate shifts as we continue to grow:

Day Shift: Typical schedule: 6:00 AM 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday
Overnights: Typical schedule: 7:00 PM 5:30 AM, Monday through Friday

Shift assignments will be discussed during the hiring process.

Overtime is common as we continue expanding our operations.
