Requirements:

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of professional Human Resources experience
• HR certification (SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent) preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems
• Strong knowledge of employment law, HR compliance, and HR best practices
• Experience with recruitment, benefits administration, and employee relations
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

Job Duties:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and hiring
• Coordinate new hire onboarding and orientation programs
• Administer employee benefits and assist with open enrollment
• Serve as a resource for employee relations, providing guidance and support
• Ensure HR policies and procedures comply with federal, state, and local employment laws
• Maintain accurate HR records, personnel files, and HRIS data
• Support performance management by tracking evaluations and assisting managers with documentation
• Coordinate employee training and professional development programs
• Prepare HR reports and metrics to support business decisions
• Support employee engagement initiatives, company culture, and retention strategies
• Perform additional HR-related duties as assigned
