Executive Administrative Assistant

GENERAL DESCRIPTION This is a non-exempt (hourly) position on the staff of the Area Agency on Aging which reports directly to the President/CEO. This is a trusted and critical support role, handling complex and confidential matters in a fast-paced environment.The Administrative Assistant must be energetic, collaborative, and detail-oriented. They must operate as directed by the President/CEO with efficient and appropriate follow-up, maintaining discretion and confidentiality in all matters. This position requires a high degree of organizational skill and independent action that demonstrates prudent judgment and initiative. Ability to work in a face paced environment with high attention to detail, and last but certainly not least, a positive attitude!
