Senior Accountant @ High-Growth Real Estate Firm

Our client is one of the fastest growing Real Estate Services and Development Firms with a phenomenal environment, role reports to Director of Team. Responsibilities Handle month-end closing procedures, including general ledger entries, account reconciliations, and accurate cost distributions. Evaluate profit and loss statements, investigate variance discrepancies, and analyze intricate expenditures such as employee benefits and operational project spend. Supervise multi-account banking reconciliations, coordinate corporate credit card tracking, and execute wire transfers in coordination with the payables team. Monitor corporate lease agreements, maintain updated tracking schedules, and ensure all entity expenses are routed to the proper department cost centers. Support internal and external audit requirements—including SOX compliance—while spearheading initiatives to streamline accounting workflows. Requirements Bachelors Degree in Economic and or Accounting is needed. 3+ years of Public Accounting and or working at a Real Estate Corporate Team Strong GAAP, Corporate Accounting, Financial Reporting, and General Ledger experience is needed #J-18808-Ljbffr Coda Search│Staffing
