Small Asian Restaurant

We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and hardworking Server/Host to join our team at a small, family-style Asian restaurant. This position involves providing excellent customer service, creating a welcoming dining experience, and helping with daily restaurant operations.

Job Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and assist with seating.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Serve meals and drinks in a friendly, professional manner.
• Answer menu questions and assist customers with their selections.
• Handle takeout orders, phone calls, and customer payments.
• Clear, clean, and reset tables for incoming guests.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the dining area.
• Assist with opening and closing duties.
• Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate service.
• Help with other restaurant duties as needed in a small, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications:

• Friendly, positive attitude with strong customer service skills.
• Dependable, punctual, and willing to work as part of a team.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Previous restaurant experience preferred but not required.
