Job Title: Nursing Supervisor Location: Monmouth Medical Center, 300 Second Avenue, Long Branch, NJ 07740 Department: Nursing Supervisors Status: Part-Time Shift: Evening Pay Range: $112,180.70 - $143,649.65 per year Job Summary The Nursing Supervisor represents hospital Administration and serves as the delegated agent of the hospital administrative team, coordinating and evaluating management and clinical practice activities throughout the medical center. Responsible for reporting identified safety issues such as hazardous environments and medical errors, ensuring patient safety and adherence to ANA code of ethics. Job Responsibilities Coordinate and evaluate management and clinical practice activities throughout the medical center. Report identified safety issues such as hazardous environments and medical errors. Maintain knowledge of the patient population, assure ethical standards, and promote evidence‑based practice.
