Role Summary The Lead Office Tech / Physical Therapy Aide keeps the entire clinic running on time and on standard. You own clinic flow, cleanliness, and support for both patients and PTs. You'll: Assist PTs during sessions and transitions Keep treatment and gym spaces clean, stocked, and ready Coordinate small tasks across front desk, clinicians, and volunteers If the clinic feels calm, on-time, and dialed in, you're winning. Location : R3 Athletic & Physical Therapy Status : Part-time Reports To : Operations Manager (Mikey Dillon) What You'll Own Clinic Flow & Client Support Set up and reset treatment areas and equipment before/after sessions Escort patients, explain where to go, and create a welcoming, professional vibe Help sessions run on time and keep the schedule moving smoothly Operations & Cleanliness Clean and sanitize tables, equipment, bathrooms, and high-touch areas between sessions Handle laundry (wash / dry / fold / restock) Sweep, mop, vacuum, and empty trash as needed Monitor and restock supplies (linens, sanitizer, cleaning, office items) Flag facility or equipment issues to the Operations Manager quickly Admin & Communication Support basic admin tasks (updating charts, scheduling, organizing records) Communicate clearly with clients via phone, text, and email Close the loop on tasks so nothing "falls through the cracks" Serve as main point of contact for volunteers Model professionalism, confidentiality, and patient respect Communicate with PTs and front desk so everyone sees the same picture Media Content Gathering Record or photograph exercise, treatments, and office happenings Upload into team folder for marketing manager People describe you as reliable, early, and prepared You notice when something is out of place and fix it without being asked You like moving, being on your feet, and staying busy You can juggle multiple small tasks without dropping details You're comfortable talking to adults, teens, and parents in a professional way You want a future in PT, sports performance, or healthcare and treat this like step one Bonus Points Pre-PT, exercise science, kinesiology, or related background Experience in PT, sports performance, or health/wellness Prior leadership, shift lead, captain, or trainer experience What You Get Direct exposure to a high-performing, cash-based sports PT clinic A team that values growth, feedback, and getting 1% better every day Clear expectations, support, and chances to lead if you earn them The ability to make a visible impact on patients’ experience and outcomes Weekday availability (Monday-Friday; consistent mornings or afternoons) Dress: R3 team top + clean, clinic-appropriate bottoms Active role: you will move, clean, lift, and reset throughout your shift Professionalism, reliability, and client focus are non-negotiable #J-18808-Ljbffr R3 Athletic & Physical Therapy
