The successful candidate drives customer loyalty and brand advocacy through strategic creative direction and deep collaboration with internal stakeholders and external programming partners. By managing complex, multi-tiered campaign lifecycles simultaneously, this role ensures that communication remains clear and retention initiatives are delivered on time in a rapidly changing environment.What Success Looks Like (Objectives):Drive the strategic planning, creative direction, and seamless execution of existing customer marketing campaigns to increase engagement and brand loyalty across both DISH and SlingDrive customer engagement by overseeing the creative direction and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns across video, email, web, and transactional account platformsDevelop and implement targeted retention strategies across the enterprise to minimize customer churn and mitigate negative customer impactsPartner with major programming networks, such as FOX, AMC, and Disney, to identify and capitalize on high-value marketing opportunities that align with brand objectives and manage co-funded opportunitiesBuilds relationships with internal stakeholders to build, refine, and plan go to market retention strategies for new product launches, features and servicesAssist with planning, creating, and executing video content and on air commercials targeted to existing customersLeverage generative AI tools to accelerate creative video work, copywriting and streamline campaign workflow managementSkills, Experience and RequirementsCore Skills and Competencies (What you’ll bring):Critical experience in developing and executing end-to-end creative marketing campaigns with a proven track record of managing projects under tight deadlinesAdvanced proficiency in designing customer retention strategies and interpreting campaign data to continuously improve customer lifetime valueAdvanced proficiency in building and editing short form and long form video contentExceptional relationship-building capabilities to collaborate with partners outside of the business in order to align business objectivesHigh adaptability and problem-solving agility to prioritize effectively and deliver results with a strong sense of urgency in a rapidly changing business environmentAI literacy and application skills, specifically utilizing AI-driven marketing tools or creative generation platforms to enhance workflow efficiency and asset variationMinimum Requirements:Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related disciplineMinimum Experience: 5-8 years of experience in marketing, campaign management, or customer retentionRequired Technical Skills: Must have at least 5 years of experience with:Creative campaign development and executionLong form and Short form video creation and editing abilityProject management across cross-functional teamsVisa sponsorship not available for this roleSalary RangesCompensation: $72,350.00/Year - $103,400.00/Year BenefitsWe offer versatile health perks, including flexible spending accounts, HSA, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, career opportunities, and a flexible time away plan; all benefits can be viewed here: EchoStar Benefits.The base pay range shown is a guideline.
