We are seeking a Business Process Consultant to identify, design, and implement opportunities to optimize business processes and improve operational efficiency. This role will partner closely with business stakeholders to evaluate current-state processes, identify gaps and inefficiencies, develop future-state solutions, and drive successful adoption of process improvements. The ideal candidate is a strategic and highly detail-oriented professional who can translate complex business needs into practical process improvements. Strong Senior/Executive-level PowerPoint and presentation skills are required, as this individual will regularly communicate findings, recommendations, and progress to senior leadership and executive stakeholders. If you have experience working in the pharmaceutical industry or with clinical trials that is preferred but other industries will be considered. This is a remote, long term opportunity and will primarily work within the EST time zone. All qualified candidates must be authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship or visa transfer. Please note-we do not work C2C and you can not work remotely from other countries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess existing business processes to identify inefficiencies, gaps, redundancies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Design, map, analyze and implement optimized business processes that improve efficiency, quality, cost savings, and scalability.
• Lead process improvement initiatives from discovery and analysis through implementation and adoption.
• Develop process maps, workflows, value streams, and automation opportunities.
• Analyze process performance and identify opportunities to reduce cycle time, manual effort, errors, and operational costs.
• Partner with business and stakeholders to document current-state processes and define future-state processes.
• Develop actionable recommendations based on process analysis, stakeholder input, and business objectives.
• Identify opportunities to automate manual, repetitive, or inefficient processes and support implementation of automation solutions.
• Facilitate working sessions and stakeholder meetings to gather requirements, align on solutions, and drive decisions.
• Communicate and document complex information and recommendations clearly to senior level audiences.
• Create polished, executive-ready PowerPoint presentations that communicate process findings, recommendations, business impacts, and implementation plans.
• Present recommendations, project updates and status to senior leadership and executive stakeholders.
• Monitor implementation results and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of attention to detail and quality.
