Job Type: Full Time, Non-Exempt

Base Pay: $20.00 per hour

Bonus: Discretionary

Reports to: Facility and Safety Manager

Supervisory Responsibilities: No

About the Role

● Perform proper cleaning operations under strict guidelines due to working with and around electronic equipment in a controlled environment

● Continually monitor the cleanroom cleaning procedures to ensure all cleanings are completed promptly and correctly

● Provide immaculate cleaning services throughout the facility

● Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, or scrubbing by data center industry standards

● Use cleaning equipment and supplies up to Atlas Power, LLC standards while maintaining a sense of professionalism and integrity

● Operate manual and/or power equipment for cleaning

● Wash and sanitize toilets and sinks

● Dust all electronic equipment, furniture, flat surfaces, blinds, etc.

● Clean and maintain windows, mirrors, and all other needed surfaces

● Restock necessary items such as soap and paper products

● Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repair

● Maintain building security by following procedures, locking doors after operating hours and checking electrical appliances to prevent hazards

Competencies

● Knowledge of use and maintenance of industrial cleaning equipment and appliances

● Knowledge of safe disposal of chemical cleaning products and other hazardous components

● Ability to bend, stoop, stand, walk, reach, and climb for extended periods of time

Required Education and Experience

● High school diploma, GED, or equivalent educational experience

● One year of professional cleaning experience

● Must be able to lift a minimum of 30lbs
