Manufacturing Technician Reference Number: 5850656 Published Date: 05/27/2026 Job Type: Temporary Industry: Production Hours: Full Time Our client, a leading automotive and industrial component supplier, is seeking a Manufacturing Technician to join their manufacturing support team. You will help support quality production and process efficiency with attention to detail, teamwork skills, and a proactive attitude. Job Title: Manufacturing Technician Location: Trenton, OH Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour Available Shifts: 1st Shift: 6:40 am – 3:00 pm Monday – Friday 2nd Shift: 2:40 pm – 11:00 pm Monday – Friday 3rd Shift: 10:30 pm – 7:00 am Sunday – Thursday What's the Job? Perform visual and gage inspections to ensure quality parts are produced and assembled according to standards. Operate and support various production equipment such as extrusion presses, punch presses, CNC machines, saws, and deburring tools. Maintain safety standards and adhere to all safety policies during production activities. Pack finished parts into containers as specified, ensuring proper handling and documentation. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by providing ideas on safety, quality, and productivity enhancements. What's Needed? High School Diploma or GED required. Experience working in a manufacturing environment preferred. 1-3 years of machine operating and troubleshooting experience preferred. Basic knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, robotics, and electrical systems is a plus. Ability to communicate effectively and work well within a team environment. What's in it for me?
