The role involves front desk responsibilities, reporting to the VP of Operations. Candidates should have 1-3+ years of entry-level reception or administrative experience, and a Bachelor’s degree is preferred. The ideal candidate will be polished, professional, positive, proactive, and possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of working independently and in a team. Salary ranges from $55,000 to $65,000 based on experience, with 80% of medical/dental benefits paid by the company, generous PTO, and other perks. Working hours are 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday, in-office attendance required. Responsibilities include: Managing phone coverage and providing administrative support. Answering, screening, and routing calls; responding to emails and inquiries. Welcoming guests, receiving deliveries, and supporting meeting setups, including catering and AV needs. Ordering and stocking office supplies. Coordinating office repairs with vendors and maintenance staff. Handling mail and packages, including outbound shipping. Maintaining office equipment and facilities. Supporting ad hoc projects and assisting the VP of Operations as needed. Minimum Qualifications: 1-3+ years of relevant reception or administrative experience. Bachelor’s degree preferred or required. Polished, professional demeanor. Positive attitude, proactive, comfortable working independently and in a team. Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills. Problem-solving skills and flexibility.
