PRN pay starts at $38/hr and increases based on experience level.

Job Summary
The Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) will provide direct patient care under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist. This role includes implementing treatment plans, monitoring patient progress, and supporting patients in improving mobility, function, and overall quality of life.
Responsibilities
- Administer prescribed physical therapy treatments to relieve pain, restore function, and promote healing
- Provide skilled therapy services in accordance with physician orders under PT supervision
- Communicate patient updates, needs, and referrals to the supervising Physical Therapist
- Implement and modify treatment plans under PT direction
- Measure and document patient motor function, strength, and performance
- Monitor patient response to treatment and adjust interventions as appropriate in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
- Provide education and support to patients, families, and caregivers
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation in compliance with company policies and state/federal regulations
- Attend required meetings as designated by the Director of Rehabilitation
Qualifications
- Associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
- Current state licensure as a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA)
- SNF/long-term care experience preferred
- Knowledge of current treatment practices
- Familiarity with Net Health electronic documentation system preferred
