Develop and implement maintenance strategies to optimize equipment performance and reduce downtime. Equipment Optimization: Oversee the maintenance and repair of cutting-edge automotive manufacturing equipment. Ensure maximum operational efficiency by implementing best practices in maintenance processes. Innovation: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement innovative solutions and stay at the forefront of technology in the automotive manufacturing industry.
