Human Resources Intern (Manufacturing) – Part-time, Summer InternshipThis isn't a "filing paperwork" internship—you'll be embedded in real HR work that directly supports our manufacturing team.This is an onsite internship located in Prineville, OR and the pay range for this position is $19-23 per hour.You'll gain hands-on experience across multiple areas of Human Resources, including:Support real recruiting efforts:Help recruit for manufacturing rolesPost jobs, screen candidates, and schedule interviewsBe part of the hiring process from application to new hires start dateEnhance the employee experience:Assist with onboarding and new hire orientationHelp answer employee HR questions and provide supportContribute ideas to improve engagement and communicationWork with HR data & systems:Maintain and audit employee records in our HRIS systemRun reports and analyze basic HR dataSupport process improvements through better data accuracy and organizationImprove HR processes & documentation:Review and update HR documents, forms, and proceduresHelp streamline and organize employee filesIdentify opportunities to make HR processes more efficient (we love fresh perspectives!)Gain manufacturing exposure:Partner with supervisors and employees on the production floorSee how HR supports a fast-paced plant environmentLearn how HR impacts safety, staffing, and operations in real timeWhat makes this internship different:Lunch & LearnsIntern networking & engagement eventsOff-site social activities with fellow internsExposure to real business challenges and decision-makingOpportunities to present your work and impactWhat we're looking for:Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related fieldMust be actively enrolled in college (required)Completed at least 1 year of coursework preferredStrong communication and interpersonal skillsHighly organized with strong attention to detailInterest in employee relations, recruiting, and HR operationsComfortable interacting with employees in both office and manufacturing settingsAbility to manage multiple tasks and work both independently and as part of a teamWhy apply?Get hands-on HR experience—not just observation.
