Cross-Border Logistics Sales Executive (U.S.-Mexico)

Description A growing logistics company is seeking an experienced Cross-Border Logistics Sales Manager to develop and expand business between the U.S. and Mexico.This is an excellent opportunity for a results-driven sales professional with experience in cross-border trucking, 3PL, or international logistics. Candidates with an established customer network or book of business are highly valued.Key Responsibilities• Develop and maintain relationships with shippers, manufacturers, distributors, and other customers in the U.S. and Mexico• Identify and secure new business opportunities in cross-border trucking and logistics• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through closing• Provide customized logistics solutions, pricing, and market insights• Negotiate contracts and develop long-term customer relationships• Work closely with operations and carrier teams to ensure successful service execution• Monitor customs requirements, freight rates, and market trends• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals Requirements • 2+ years of sales experience in international logistics, cross-border trucking, or 3PL• Strong customer network in manufacturing, automotive, retail, or related industries• Existing book of business is a strong plus• Solid knowledge of customs clearance, freight pricing, and carrier networks• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills• Self-motivated and results-oriented• Spanish/English bilingual skills are preferred but not required #J-18808-Ljbffr Pacific Advisory Service
