Captain Joe's Grill, located in beautiful Whitmore Lake, MI, is looking for a dedicated and personable Server to join our team. If you enjoy creating memorable dining experiences and thrive in a fast-paced setting, we’d love to hear from you! What You'll Be Doing: As a Server at Captain Joe's Grill, you'll play a key role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional dining experience. Your responsibilities will include: Greeting guests with a friendly and professional attitude. Taking accurate food and beverage orders and delivering them promptly. Providing menu recommendations and answering any questions about our offerings. Ensuring tables are clean, organized, and properly set for guests. Collaborating with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service. Handling payments and ensuring accurate transactions. Maintaining a positive and team-oriented work environment. What We’re Looking For: We’re seeking someone who brings both experience and enthusiasm to the table. To succeed in this role, you should have: At least 1 year of experience in a serving or similar customer-facing role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. A friendly and approachable demeanor with a focus on customer satisfaction. The ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment. A commitment to punctuality and reliability.
