We're looking for a detail-oriented Quality Inspector to help ensure aircraft parts meet the highest quality and regulatory standards. What You'll Do Inspect incoming aviation and aircraft parts for quality, condition, and documentation accuracy Verify traceability records, certifications, and customer requirements Process receiving inspections using SAP and warehouse management systems Prepare and review FAA and quality-related documentation, including 8130 forms Identify and report nonconforming materials Support internal quality audits and continuous improvement initiatives Package hazardous shipments in compliance with applicable regulations Work closely with warehouse and quality teams to maintain operational excellence What We're Looking For Required: 2+ years of quality inspection experience in aviation, aerospace, manufacturing, defense, or a related industry Experience reviewing quality documentation, certifications, and traceability records Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Preferred: FAA 8130 experience SAP or ERP/Warehouse Management System experience Aerospace or aviation distribution experience Hazardous materials shipping knowledge Why You'll Love This Opportunity Competitive pay: $20-$23/hr Stable Monday-Friday schedule Fully air-conditioned warehouse Uniforms provided Collaborative team environment Opportunity to expand FAA and aviation quality experience Long-term career growth within a leading aviation organization Work Environment You'll work alongside a team of experienced quality inspectors in a clean, climate-controlled aviation distribution facility. Company uniforms are provided after your first week. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of BOCA RATON, FL. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
