The Senior SAP S/4HANA Project Manager will lead a complex, enterprise-wide ERP enhancement program focused on optimizing an existing SAP S/4HANA environment, restoring and enhancing functionality, addressing outstanding development needs, and establishing an AI roadmap. This role will oversee multiple interconnected workstreams, managing project governance, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, and dependencies while coordinating with technical teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and executive leadership. The Project Manager will ensure initiatives remain aligned with strategic objectives, operational requirements, and established project management standards.

• Manage and coordinate internal and external resources across multiple IT projects and concurrent workstreams.

• Develop and maintain integrated project plans and schedules, including task-level details, deliverables, milestones, cross-functional dependencies, and critical paths.

• Develop, monitor, and maintain project cost plans, budget estimates, and financial forecasts throughout the project lifecycle.

• Plan, allocate, and forecast resources to ensure appropriate capacity and availability across project activities.

• Establish and maintain project governance frameworks, including defined roles, responsibilities, escalation paths, and decision-making processes.

• Collaborate with business owners and analysts to define, refine, and manage project scope.

• Oversee all phases of the project lifecycle, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, controlling, and closure.

• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies to maintain delivery timelines and objectives.

• Coordinate project activities with System Integrator Project Managers and other related initiatives across the enterprise technology landscape.

• Manage project documentation, deliverables, approvals, and signoffs in accordance with established project management standards.

• Maintain productive working relationships with technology teams, business owners, project sponsors, vendors, and other key stakeholders.

• Facilitate lessons-learned sessions and implement recommendations to improve project delivery and processes.

• Ensure adherence to established IT Project Management Office (PMO) standards, methodologies, procedures, and documentation requirements.

• Coordinate interdependent workstreams involving resource strategy, data archiving, cloud infrastructure, system landscape considerations, and development activities.

• Support alignment of ERP enhancement initiatives with business priorities, regulatory requirements, and enterprise technology objectives.

• 10+ years of project and project management experience across projects of varying sizes and subject areas, including integration, scope, schedule, communication, vendor, and risk planning and management.

• Experience managing high-profile vendors within on-premises and cloud environments.

• Experience managing Enterprise Business Solutions projects, specifically SAP/ERP projects.

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.

• Experience managing multi-year projects.

• Strong leadership, conflict management, and negotiation skills.

• Expert-level knowledge and extensive experience creating and maintaining integrated project plans using Microsoft Project and/or Microsoft Project Online.

• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.

• Experience with ServiceNow Idea, Project, and Demand modules.

• Knowledge of ITIL/ITSM practices and methodologies.

• Experience with ERP implementation and transformation initiatives.
