Responsibilities include managing a cardiac-heavy patient population requiring vasoactive drips, rhythm knowledge, and stroke care, with nurse-to-patient ratios of 1:4 in PCU and lower in ICU. Travelers are first to float to all units within the hospital as needed. Royal blue scrubs required.
