CNC Operator

Seeking a CNC Operator to fabricate high-quality parts using CNC routers, laser engravers, and related equipment. This role involves reading technical drawings, programming and operating machines, and ensuring products meet specifications, quality standards, and deadlines.

Responsibilities & Requirements:

• 
  Operate CNC equipment and CAM software for setup and production
  
  



• 
  Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and cut lists
  
  



• 
  Perform machine setup, adjustments, and basic maintenance
  
  



• 
  Fabricate parts accurately using various materials and cutting methods
  
  



• 
  Track production time and maintain organized work area
  
  



• 
  Follow safety standards and support team production needs
  
  



• 
  1-3 years CNC experience preferred (Multicam a plus)
  
  



• 
  High school diploma or equivalent required
  
  



• 
  Knowledge of GD&T and basic measurement tools
  
  



• 
  Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and time management skills
  
  



• 
  Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and work in a manufacturing environment
  
  



• 
  Experience with forklifts or material handling equipment preferred
  
  

Work Environment:

Indoor production setting with running machinery; full-time, on-site role.
