RFP Strategy Lead - Digital Transformation (Hybrid)

Zaddy Solutions is seeking a senior Digital Transformation Consultant to lead our RFP function and turn it into a true competitive advantage. You will manage end-to-end proposal development, shape go-to-market decisions, and ensure flawless execution across teams.
The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in pre-sales, enterprise discovery or complex solution software consulting (ECM software preferred), with executive-level communication and a track record guiding stakeholders toward scalable adoption.
