Advantage is currently seeking a PRN Speech Language Pathologist to join our vastly growing Home Health team in the Schuylkill, PA and surrounding areas. This position is responsible for providing patient care in their homes. Flexible Schedule * Competitive Compensation Responsibilities To provide speech therapy services to patients as prescribed by the physician. To assist patients with speech, language, oral and pharyngeal sensor motor function, hearing, balance, and their undergoing processes. To ensure quality and safe delivery of speech pathology services. To promote and assist patients in a progression of care to achieve optimum patient involvement and independent maintenance of their needs in the least restrictive environment. To ensure that speech pathology services reflecting the Agency mission and standards are provided in accordance with federal, state, and local standards guidelines, and regulations. To demonstrate support for achieving the mission of the Agency. Qualifications Meets the education and experience requirements for a Certificate of Clinical Competence in speech pathology or audiology granted by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association.
