Marketing & Communications DirectorThe Marketing & Communications Director leads the strategy, systems, and execution of all communication and marketing efforts at Victory Church. This role is responsible for driving growth, ensuring clear and compelling messaging, and building scalable systems that support all campuses and ministries. This is not a task-based role. This role owns outcomes.Experience and Knowledge Required:5+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or related field (church or non-profit preferred)Proven ability to lead campaigns that drive measurable resultsStrong understanding of digital marketing (social, email, web, paid ads)Experience building systems and improving workflowsStrong storytelling instincts and ability to connect messaging to actionProficient in relevant tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CMS platforms, email systems, etc.)Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field (preferred, not required)Essential Functions and Responsibilities:Strategy & GrowthDevelop and execute a comprehensive marketing and communications strategy aligned with Victory's missionOwn and drive measurable growth in attendance, engagement, and participationEstablish and track KPIs (attendance trends, first-time guests, engagement metrics, campaign performance)Oversee digital marketing efforts including paid ads, landing pages, and audience targetingCampaign LeadershipLead planning and execution of all major campaigns (sermon series, events, seasonal initiatives)Ensure campaigns are fully defined upfront (messaging, deliverables, timelines, distribution)Partner with Executive Team and ministry leaders to align priorities and directionSystems & ProcessBuild and enforce communication request systems across all ministriesEnsure all requests are complete, clear, and submitted on timeMitigate last-minute, incomplete, and reactive communication workflowsCreative & Brand DirectionProvide strategic direction for all creative output in collaboration with the Creative TeamEnsure brand consistency across all platforms, environments, and campusesDrive a high standard of storytelling, design, and communication qualityOversee signage, environmental branding, and weekend communication touchpointsContent & StorytellingLead the development of content that communicates life change and ministry impactBuild systems for capturing stories across all campuses (staff + volunteer pipelines)Oversee social media, email, website, and livestream communication strategyMulti-Campus AlignmentEnsure communication strategies and campaigns are effective and consistent across all locationsProvide tools, templates, and training to support campus teamsMaintain centralized clarity while enabling local executionKey Outcomes (What Success Looks Like)Increased first-time guest attendance and overall engagementClear, consistent communication across all campuses and platformsWell-executed campaigns that drive participation in events and initiativesStrong digital presence that leads to real-world action (not just views)Efficient systems that eliminate last-minute requests and communication gapsHigh-quality storytelling that reflects life change and ministry impactAttributes:Strong ownership mindset—takes responsibility for outcomes, not just tasksHigh standard of excellence and attention to detailAble to lead through clarity, not controlComfortable enforcing systems and saying no when neededCollaborative and able to work across multiple teams and campusesAligned with Victory Church's mission, values, and culturePhysical Demands:Sitting, standing, walkingDriving between campusesComputer-based workSupervisory Responsibilities (if applicable): May oversee internal team members, contractors, or volunteers as needed
