Warehouse Worker

Trillium Staffing is now seeking Warehouse Workers in Taunton, MA for a temp-to-hire opportunity!


We are seeking dependable and experienced Warehouse Associates to join a growing distribution team in the Taunton, MA area.


This is an immediate opening offering the opportunity to transition into a permanent position based on performance, attendance, and overall fit. Pay rate is $19.75/hour.


Schedule:
-1st Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
-Monday - Friday
-Overtime may be required based on business needs
-1-hour lunch break (30 minutes unpaid)


Position Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and properly store incoming materials and inventory
- Pick, stage, and prepare products for shipment
- Accurately locate and retrieve items throughout the warehouse
- Pack and process outgoing orders
- Organize inventory, parts, and materials in designated storage areas
- Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, order pickers, and other material handling equipment
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Follow established safety procedures, policies, and operational guidelines
- Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned

Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, or material handling experience preferred
- Experience operating powered industrial equipment (forklift, order picker, pallet jack, etc.) is a plus
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Basic computer skills and ability to maintain simple records
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs. consistently
- Ability to work safely while wearing required personal protective equipment (PPE)
