Responsibilities:

Prepare vacant units for apartment turn over

Ensure completion of work orders in a timely fashion
Perform routine preventive maintenance

Requirements:

Qualifications:

Candidate will have 5 years or more experience in maintenance
Ideal candidate will have experience in one or more of the following: plumbing, HVAC, and electrical repairs, appliance repair and installation, carpentry work
Deadline and detail-oriented
Must have reliable transportation and own tools
