Event Specialist

Tag360 was brought to Austin, TX, in 2020 to meet the growing demand for experiential marketing campaigns for our non profit clients. We bring personal touch through human interaction. Job Description Events Specialists will be part of a team who will create multiple show-stopping, unique, and exciting new events. Exhibition stand space to business owners up and down the country who wish to exhibit their products and services to their desired target audiences. The events will be engaging, live experiences that you will attend on the day. Salary range: $38000 - $48000 per year. Responsibilities Manage event promotions and strategy in conjunction with management. Coordinate trade shows and event staff. Ensure events are successful from beginning to end. Responsible for inventory and displays. Track and implement execution timeline and expenses per event. Oversee displays setup for events/trade shows and breakdown. Develop and train new team members and advise management on marketing strategies. Be a brand ambassador for the company and represent the brand positively at all times. Report to Line Manager on all sales activities. Qualifications BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience preferred. Project a professional demeanor as well as using tact when dealing with others. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to work effectively within a team environment. Ability to build strong relationships through high-level communication skills (face to face, email and phone). Strong attention to detail, organizational skills and ability to focus under pressure. A spark of creativity and an innovation driven mindset. A desire to learn and grow within the company. Demonstrates drive and initiative. Proficiency in computer software including Excel, Microsoft Word, and Customer Relationship Management.
