Tellworks Logistics is a rapidly growing logistics company known for its entrepreneurial spirit and agility. We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Order Wave Manager to join our team. This role provides a unique opportunity for the right candidate to wield substantial influence in the success and growth of our organization. Primary Job Responsibilities Troubleshoot problems including discrepancies, system processing issues, and operational opportunities and provide corrective action to resolve. Oversee daily order fulfillment activities including order processing, picking, and packing. Working with internal WMS software development team to optimize warehouse and fulfillment operations. Tracking Replenishment and pick face inventory levels to meet or processing requirements. Record and monitor KPI’s (SLA’s) per contract; working with Management as needed to rectify and resolve issues that have contributed to underperformance. Ensure that all processes related to department tasks are followed and take corrective action when not followed. Safeguards warehouse operations and contents by monitoring security procedures and protocols. Drive process improvement and warehouse process standardization; ensuring that training is completed as needed Drive Safety Initiative; ensuring that the facility is maintained in a safe, clean and orderly condition.
