Physician Assistant - Weekend Warrior

Pay: $68/hour - $89/hour (experience-based range)

We are seeking progressive and entrepreneurial Full Time Weekend Warrior Physician Assistants with adult and pediatric experience to join our welcoming and diverse community of Northwell providers in our Suffolk County Region.

Responsibilities:

• Serve across the Nassau Region as a key part of our care team.
• Commit to just 24 hours per week and receive full-time pay (32 hours)plus eligibility for comprehensive benefits (medical/vision/dental).
• Weekend Warriors must be flexible to travel to all centers within the Nassau County Region and must also be flexible to work the following scheduling combinations to be considered:
• Friday/Saturday/Sunday/Monday ? 8-, 12-, or 16-hour shifts

Minimum Required Qualifications:

• PA: 2 or more yrs. of Full-Time experience in an Urgent Care or Emergency Medicine setting treating all ages (6 months and older)
• Comfortable with minor procedures (sutures, casts, splints, etc.), reading EKGs and X-rays.
