HR Intern – Talent Acquisition & HR Operations IMPORTANT ELIGIBILITY NOTE: This role is onsite in Berkeley Heights, NJ. Applicants MUST permanently reside or ALREADY HAVE CONFIRMED HOUSING within a commutable distance of the facility. Housing/relocation is NOT provided. Compensation: At least $20/hr The Corporate Partner Our Corporate Partner is a fast-paced, innovative biopharmaceutical company dedicated to developing therapies that shape the future of healthcare. Based in Berkeley Heights, NJ, they focus on treating challenging conditions and delivering impactful medical solutions. The Role Our partner is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Intern to support both Talent Acquisition and HR Operations. This role will focus on maintaining and improving the company's Applicant Tracking System (ATS) while providing hands‑on support across recruiting, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR administrative functions. This is an excellent opportunity to gain broad exposure to core HR processes in a dynamic biotechnology corporate environment. Responsibilities ATS & Data Management: Audit and clean candidate records, merge duplicate profiles, and standardize job data to support data integrity for corporate reporting and analytics. Recruiting Support: Screen resumes to identify qualified candidates, manage applicant tracking pipelines, and coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers. Onboarding & HR Operations: Prepare documentation for new hires, coordinate onboarding schedules, maintain accurate digital employee records, and assist with employee engagement events and process improvement projects. Qualifications Education: Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Skills & Competencies: Strong attention to detail, exceptional organizational and communication skills, and absolute discretion when handling sensitive and confidential information. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required. Preferred Experience: Interest in Talent Acquisition and familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday, Lever) is a plus. Requirements: Must be a Pell Grant Recipient for the current academic year.
