Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in Shipping & Receiving and Shipping to manage freight flow, documentation, and carrier coordination.
- Candidates should possess Packing skills to prepare, protect, and label items for secure and compliant shipment.
- Candidates should possess Forklift Operation skills or other material-handling experience to safely move and stage freight.
- Candidates should possess Communication skills to interact clearly with team members, carriers, and customers.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with shipping software or logistics systems are beneficial.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities to maintain accurate records and meet deadlines.
- Ability to stand, lift, and move freight as required, following safety practices; prior experience in a warehouse, logistics, or shipping environment is an advantage.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred; willingness to complete any required safety or equipment training.
