The Insuran center is seeking a qualified candidate to:

Serve as a key member of the commercial lines service team, working closely with Account Service Managers to support client retention, account growth, and day-to-day servicing activities.

Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly and accurately to requests from clients, insurance carriers, and internal stakeholders.

Maintain accurate and organized client files, policy information, and activity records within the agency management system.

Contribute to a positive client experience through effective communication, attention to detail, and a commitment to service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting team members with policy inquiries, billing questions, coverage changes, claims reporting, and other account service needs.
• Prepare, process, and review insurance applications, quotes, policies, endorsements, certificates, Auto ID cards, evidence of property, and related documentation to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain accurate client records and manage activities, documentation, and follow-up tasks within the agency management system.
• Coordinate with insurance carriers regarding applications, renewals, premium transactions, policy changes, claims, and other servicing requirements.
• Assist with premium financing and accounting-related functions, including preparing finance agreements and entering policy transaction details.

• Monitor policy expirations and renewal activity to support client retention and ensure continuous coverage.
• Build and maintain strong relationships through regular communication and responsive problem resolution.
• Contribute to agency retention goals by delivering proactive service and supporting customer satisfaction initiatives.
• Perform all duties in accordance with agency procedures and compliance standards, maintaining a strong commitment to accuracy and minimizing errors and omissions.
