About the Role:
Carpet Lawns LLC is looking for a motivated Weekend Landscape Crew Member to join our hardworking team in Marietta, GA! This is a great opportunity to get outside, build hands-on skills, and be part of a crew that takes pride in delivering beautiful, well-manicured properties. If you love working outdoors and want to be part of a team that makes a real difference in curb appeal, we want to hear from you!
- Perform lawn mowing, edging, trimming, and blowing on residential and/or commercial properties
- Operate and maintain landscape equipment including mowers, trimmers, and blowers
- Apply mulch, plant materials, and perform general landscape bed maintenance
- Follow crew leader instructions to complete job sites efficiently and on schedule
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment on all job sites
- Load and unload equipment and materials from company vehicles
- Represent Carpet Lawns LLC professionally when on customer properties
- Prior landscaping, lawn care, or outdoor labor experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work weekends reliably and on a consistent schedule
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and a positive team-oriented attitude
- Valid driver's license or reliable transportation to job sites is a plus
- Ability to follow directions and work efficiently as part of a crew
