Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist at Agile Strength Rehabilitation Center, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough consultations with patients to assess their physical conditions and understand their unique symptoms.
• Diagnosing movement dysfunctions and collaboratively developing tailored treatment plans aimed at optimizing mobility and function.
• Instructing patients in therapeutic exercise techniques to enhance recovery and promote independence.
• Utilizing hands-on techniques such as stimulation or massage to facilitate healing and improve patient outcomes.
• Assisting patients in their use of mobility equipment like wheelchairs and walkers to ensure safe and effective movement.
• Maintaining accurate patient records, tracking progress toward therapeutic goals, and adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
• Providing guidance to patients and their families regarding in-home treatment options and exercises that support ongoing rehabilitation.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

• A Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited institution.
• A valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist in California.

• Proficiency in word processing and handling electronic health record systems.

Preferred Experience
