About the Role:
Join our team at Nothing Bundt Cakes #858 in Clinton, UT, as a Special Events Customer Service representative! In this exciting role, you'll be the face of our delightful brand, helping customers celebrate their special moments with our delicious cakes.

Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service during special events and cake tastings.
Assist customers in selecting the perfect cakes for their celebrations.
Coordinate and manage event logistics to ensure smooth operations.
Handle inquiries and resolve issues with a positive attitude.
Promote our products and special offers to enhance customer experience.
Maintain a clean and inviting event space.
Collaborate with team members to create memorable experiences for guests.
Follow up with customers post-event to gather feedback and encourage repeat business.

Requirements:

Previous customer service experience, preferably in a retail or event setting.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Passion for baking and cake decoration is a plus.
Proficient in using point-of-sale systems and basic computer skills.
Positive demeanor with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality is a plus.
