Maintenance Technician 3rd Shift

Position Overview Maintenance Technician – 3rd Shift (Sunday-Thursday 11pm‑7am). Pay: up to $32.00/hr based on experience. Location: Middlefield, Ohio, 35 mi from Akron & Cleveland, 15 mi from Warren, 25 mi from Ravenna. Responsibilities Maintain all facility and production equipment using safety standards and best practices. Perform work in a safe, professional manner and keep a clean work environment. Identify and resolve work requests on a variety of production equipment and processes. Complete routine preventive maintenance tasks utilizing CMM programs. Prioritize and manage multiple work areas across multiple sites. Apply knowledge of electrical, PLCs, pneumatics, hydraulics, and related systems. Participate in safety and continuous improvement programs. Qualifications High School or GED required. Technical degree, certification or equivalent trades training with emphasis on electrical and/or fluid power. 3‑5 years of manufacturing maintenance experience in a production setting as a multi‑craft or industrial electrician. Valid driver's license and transportation required. Self‑starter, dependable, flexible, and able to work with minimal supervision. Experience in injection molding or plastic extrusion preferred. Physical Requirements Stand and walk for 2‑3 hours at a time. Lift and carry up to 50 lb. Twist, pull, push, kneel, and bend. Climb ladders and work from heights with proper fall protection.
