Compensation:
$24.00/hr - $31.25/hr 
(Plus Monthly Bonus Opportunities- Earning up to $65k) 

Paralegal – Litigation Specialist (Hybrid Remote) in Indianapolis, IN

What You Bring:

• Minimum of 5+ years of personal injury litigation experience, especially handling motor vehicle accidents in Indiana
• Strong knowledge of state and federal court procedures, including e-filing
• Familiarity with insurance claims processes and litigation timelines
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage a high-volume caseload
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management software (Filevine preferred)
• Effective written and verbal communication abilities

Nice to Have:

• Paralegal certificate or degree (Associate’s or Bachelor’s preferred)
• Experience with commercial vehicle or trucking cases
• Knowledge of medical terminology and injury-related documentation
• Familiarity with e-discovery tools and document management systems

Preferred Education & Experience:

• Paralegal certification or degree
• At least 5 years of personal injury litigation experience, specifically in motor vehicle accident cases in Indiana

Additional Requirements:

• Hybrid role requiring some onsite presence in Indianapolis
• Ability to handle complex case documentation, coordinate depositions, and assist with court filings
• Strong interpersonal skills for client communication and team collaboration
