Role Summary As a Customer Service Representative at The Venture Events, you’ll be the friendly face and helpful voice for both our clients and their customers at various in-person events and promotions. You’ll ensure a positive experience by providing excellent support, answering questions, and helping navigate inquiries with a supportive, customer-first approach. Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service and support during in-person marketing events and pop-ups. Accurately answer questions about our clients’ products or services. Assist customers with inquiries, problem-solving, and information gathering. Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times. Collect customer feedback and relay it to the marketing team for continuous improvement. Collaborate with Brand Ambassadors and Marketing Representatives to ensure smooth event operations. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; some college experience preferred. Previous experience in customer service, retail, or a client-facing role is a plus. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. A friendly, approachable, and patient attitude. Ability to learn quickly and adapt to different client products/services.
