Responsibilities In this critical role, you will manage comprehensive accounting functions, including full-cycle bookkeeping, GAAP adjustments, reconciliations, and financial reporting. Required Skills 3-5 years of accounting experience, preferably in construction or real estate Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance Thorough knowledge of GAAP and general ledger management Strong analytical, organizational, and deadline management skills Excellent communication skills and proactive mindset Ability to handle multiple tasks with close attention to detail Nice to Have Skills Experience with inter-company accounting Familiarity with project/job costing Location In-office position based in Dallas, TX.
