EBA Engineering, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to lead water and wastewater projects from planning through construction in the Mid-Atlantic region. You will own project scope, schedule, budgets, and client relationships while guiding design teams and coordinating with stakeholders. Ideal candidates hold a PE license, a ABET-accredited civil or environmental engineering degree, and proven experience delivering water infrastructure projects using AutoCAD Civil 3D, ArcGIS, WaterCAD, and related #J-18808-Ljbffr
