What You'll Do

As an Estimator, you'll play a critical role in helping customers turn their vision into reality by preparing accurate quotations and serving as a trusted resource for our dealer partners.

Responsibilities include:

• Review and interpret architectural plans, specifications, and bid documents
• Prepare detailed project quotations using Euroline's proprietary quoting software
• Communicate with dealers and Territory Sales Managers to clarify project requirements
• Create complete bid packages for potential customers
• Generate professional proposals and contracts
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure quote accuracy
• Manage multiple estimates and project priorities simultaneously
• Build strong relationships by providing exceptional customer service and timely communication
• Support ongoing projects and perform additional duties as needed

What We're Looking For

We're searching for someone who combines technical expertise with outstanding communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Construction estimating experience
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and architectural drawings
• Experience working with CAD drawings
• Strong knowledge of construction methods and materials
• Experience in the window, door, or fenestration industry is highly preferred
• V6 software experience is a plus
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and Word
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail
• Team player with a proactive, customer-focused mindset

Education & Experience

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
• Construction, architectural, or estimating experience required
• Experience within the luxury window and door industry is a plus
