Property Administrator

Kforce has a client in Scottsdale, AZ that is seeking a Property Administrator to join their team. This is a great opportunity for someone with administrative, accounts payable, or customer service experience who is organized, responsive, and comfortable working with both internal teams and external contacts. Responsibilities:

• Provide general administrative support to the property management team
• Answer incoming calls and respond to tenant and vendor requests
• Monitor work order emails and assist with follow-up
• Process invoices and accounts payable
• Assist with service contracts and certificates of insurance
• Communicate with vendors and tenants in a professional manner
• Maintain organized files, contracts, and administrative documentation
• Assist with additional property management administrative needs as assigned
• 1-3 years of administrative, customer service, or related experience
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Strong follow-up skills and responsiveness
• Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
• Accounts payable or invoice processing experience is a plus
• Property management or commercial real estate experience is a plus
• Yardi experience is a plus
