Client Services Associate

ProspectBlue’s client, a highly respected wealth management firm in Richmond, Virginia, is hiring experienced Client Services Associates to support daily operations and client service activities. Key Responsibilities: Support a financial advisor team - maintain and organize client records in compliance with industry regulations. Assist with account openings, transfers, money movements, and general administrative tasks (cutting checks, journaling assets, ACH’s, etc.) The Client Service Associate serves as the point-of-contact with visiting clients, answering client calls, and being responsible for first impressions. Communicate effectively with clients and internal team members. Desired Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree and/or prior experience in financial services or advisory environment (ideally 3-5+ years) Series 7 and 63 licenses (or ability to obtain within 1 year of new hire date; all training and support provided) Strong attention to detail; clear and effective written and verbal communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems Compensation: Registered candidates’ salary range is $63,000 - $83,000 per year Unregistered candidates’ salary range is $52,000 - $72,000 per year (10% salary increase effective upon passage of the Series 7 examination) Salary will be dependent on prior industry experience and qualifications.
