About the Role
The Company is in need of a Vice President of Benefits to take the lead in developing and managing the overall strategy and daily operations of employee benefit programs. This includes a focus on health, welfare, leave, and wellness offerings. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and updating benefit policies, procedures, and plan documents, as well as ensuring clear communication of any changes to both employees and leadership.
