About the Team & Opportunity Renewal Strategy & Operations team protects one of the most valuable, fastest-compounding assets in enterprise software: $1.57 billion in subscription ARR, growing 32% year-over-year. Every one of those dollars sits inside a renewal contract – protecting and compounding that ARR is one of the highest-leverage jobs in the company. Renewal Strategy & Operations builds the operating system for that asset, sitting at the intersection of commercial strategy, systems, and execution. In a true 0‑to‑1 build phase, you will design the machine that runs this business at 2× current scale. What You’ll Do Be a strategic voice for the renewals business Build the long-range plan for Renewals and drive rigor into QRF submissions, connecting the numbers to the underlying business story. Bring a point of view to forecasting and business reviews: identify risk, drivers, and actionable recommendations for leadership. Build systems and foundations that scale Design renewal KPIs and operating dashboards as durable infrastructure, not one-off reporting – built to scale at 2× the ARR. Run root‑cause analysis on renewal performance trends and translate insights into lasting process improvements. Own deal governance in the field Build and roll out deal governance policies; manage deal reviews and collaborate with Sales, Renewals, Finance, and Deal Desk leaders to achieve real adoption. Operate cross‑functionally, day to day Serve as connective tissue across Renewals, Sales, Finance, Deal Desk, Product Ops, and IT – identify gaps in renewal motion and fix them. Who You Are 3+ years in Renewal/Sales Operations, Sales Strategy, Revenue Operations, or a similarly analytical, cross‑functional business role – ideally at a high‑growth SaaS or tech company. An operator at heart: you prefer fixing the underlying process over producing reports that describe what went wrong. Comfortable with ambiguity – you can structure a loosely‑defined problem and drive it to a decision without explicit frameworks. Confident operating cross‑functionally: you can enter a room with Finance or Sales leadership, hold your own, and steer toward alignment. Nice to have: working fluency with Salesforce/CPQ and Excel or Google Sheets. US Pay Range
