Sports Physical Therapist

Cypher Sports Rehab and Performance is hiring a Performance Physical Therapist to deliver 1-on-1 care in a cash-based, fitness-forward clinic. You must have your DPT to apply. This is not a high-volume, insurance-driven role. You’ll treat 6–8 patients per day, work with active adults and athletes, and have the autonomy to deliver performance-based care. If you’re looking to move beyond traditional outpatient PT and practice in a more modern model, this is that opportunity. What You’ll Do Perform evaluations and design performance-based rehab programs Help patients return to pain-free, high-level activity Work with active adults and athletes in a fitness-forward setting Collaborate with a team that values growth and clinical excellence Who This Is For Licensed (or soon-to-be licensed) PT in Florida - New grads should have experience in strength and conditioning/coaching Strong interest in performance, strength & conditioning, and active populations Confident, personable, and growth-oriented Bonus if you have experience with: SCS, OCS, CSCS certifications CrossFit, HYROX, AND functional fitness Running & endurance athletes Women's health/pelvic Youth athletes Golf performance $95,000 - $105,000 base salary with potential to earn up to $110,000 Performance-based bonus (not volume-driven) Health insurance match PTO $1,000/year continuing education Structured onboarding Clinical mentorship with a residency trained board certified sports clinical specialist Why This Role Stands Out No double-booking or insurance restrictions New facility - turf, squat racks, sled - built for athletes.
