We take pride in offering a welcoming, clean, and safe environment for our residents, and the Housekeeper is vital to making that happen. Position Summary Job Title: Part-Time Housekeeper Location: 1900 Airport Commerce Dr., Austin, TX 78741 Hours: Part-Time (Approx. 10-20 hours/week) Compensation: $18-20 per hour + Opportunities for performance bonuses Key Responsibilities Common Areas: Regularly clean and sanitize leasing office, lobby, clubhouse, gym and public restrooms. Model Units/Vacant Units: Prepare vacant apartments for new move-ins (deep cleaning) and keep model units pristine. Supplies & Reporting: Monitor and restock cleaning supplies and toiletries. Immediately report maintenance issues (broken lights, leaks, damages) to the Property Manager. What We’re Looking For Previous housekeeping or commercial cleaning experience preferred, but not required (we will train the right person). Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently. Physical stamina to stand/walk for long periods, and ability to lift up to 25-35 lbs. Friendly demeanor and professional appearance, as you will interact with residents. Reliable transportation to and from the property. Must pass a background check. Benefits Competitive hourly pay.
