Description - What Awaits You in this Role

• Conduct both standard and complex clinical laboratory analyses-ranging from chemistry and hematology to immunology-following established guidelines.
• Evaluate test results for correctness, troubleshoot discrepancies, and perform routine maintenance and calibration on laboratory equipment.
• Support specimen collection efforts and prepare samples for testing as necessary.
• Maintain detailed documentation of procedures, mentor new team members, and ensure adherence to quality standards within the lab.
• Provide a clean, safe work environment while complying with all regulatory and certification standards.

Education

• Hold a Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science or a related allied health discipline alongside road to ASCP/AMT certification preparation.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) to be achieved within the first year of employment.
• Must maintain current certification for the duration of employment.
